BCA designs and manufactures Boilers & Incinerators and, through the experience gathered over the years, have developed and expanded its operations to become one of the top companies of its kind in Kenya and in East Africa. For BCA the Client’s satisfaction and the efficiency of the product are considered absolute priorities. The designs and fabrication facilities are also equipped to undertake high quality and heavy fabrication through the use of appropriate machinery such as MIG welders and Plasma cutting machines etc.
Project Management
BCA use the services of a Project Engineer who is responsible for the management of each and every project that is undertaken. His objectives being directing and co-ordination the workforce, and the material resources until the project is finished. This includes meeting deadlines of each project in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Burner Servicing,Re-Tubing & boiler Overhauls
BCA carry out regular and periodic planned maintenance of Boiler Plant, and breakdown attendance as required.
Pressure Vessel Testing
Hydrostatic pressure testing of Boilers, air receivers and pressure vessels both on site and at our workshops, for which a certificate would be issued.
Descaling
